Position provides digital graphic support for email marketing, powerpoint presentations, digital advertising, internal and external websites, and social media. Responsible for managing lists and providing statistics for email marketing campaigns from the email service provider. Designs email Save the Dates, Invitations and Appeals. Creates Institute PowerPoint presentations. Updates internal and external websites with new content. Updates and develops faculty lab websites for the Institute's Principal Investigators. Updates and edits graphic design print collateral. Archives, tags, and inputs assets and keyword descriptions into digital asset management software. Supports the Director of Graphic and Electronic Communications and Web Developer to identify opportunities for spreading the brand message via social media, email, and website development. Must have strong communication skills with both coworkers as well as trustees and donors. Demonstrates a willingness to work well with others, collaborate effectively, and share credit. In this role, the Digital and Web Designer should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for visual detail, passionate about design and eager to learn more through various projects.
This position requires constant seeing, hearing, keying, reading, reasoning, communicating and working inside.
